Seeker dashboard

When you sign in as a seeker you see:

• A summary of active applications by status
• Suggested next steps from the AI Career Coach
• Recently viewed jobs and saved jobs
• Unread messages from employers
• Upcoming interviews with calendar events

Employer dashboard

For employers the dashboard surfaces:

• Open jobs and the number of new candidates per job
• Pipeline activity (candidates moved, unlocks, interviews booked)
• Top BerryMatch candidates that need attention
• Team activity and SLA alerts on stale candidates
• Quick actions to post a job, invite a teammate, or open the microsite editor

Personalization

Every account can tune the look and feel from the avatar menu > Personalization:

• Theme: light, dark, or system
• Preset: editorial, bold, or minimal
• Accent: brand, indigo, violet, tidal, emerald, or rose

Settings sync across devices and apply to every dashboard you can access.
