Creating your account

You can create a BerryMap account from the sign-in page, from any company microsite, or while applying to a job.

Ways to sign up

  • Email and password. Enter your name, email, and a password. We send a verification link to your inbox. Click it within 24 hours to activate.
  • Google. One tap. We use the email tied to your Google account.
  • Microsoft. Same as Google. Useful if your work email is on Microsoft 365.
  • LinkedIn. We import your name, photo, and headline. You can edit anything later.

You can link more than one method to the same account from Personal Settings > Linked Accounts.

Picking a role

Every account can hold two roles in parallel:

  • Job seeker. Build a profile, apply to jobs, message employers.
  • Employer. Create or join a company, post jobs, manage candidates.

You start as a seeker by default. You can become an employer at any time by creating a company or accepting a team invite.

What if a profile already exists for me?

If an employer typed your email into a candidate record before you signed up, BerryMap detects it. We prompt you to claim that profile so all your past applications and messages are merged into your new account.
