What BerryMap is (and what it is not)

What BerryMap is

BerryMap is hiring software used by employers in Canada. Each company that adopts BerryMap gets a branded career site (called a microsite), an AI candidate pipeline, and tools to post, screen, and hire faster.

What BerryMap is not

BerryMap is not a public job board. There is no master feed where you can scroll every job from every employer. Each company runs its own career site.

How seekers fit in

You will usually land on BerryMap in one of these ways:

  • A company links to its BerryMap microsite from its own website
  • An employer shares a job link on social media or by email
  • You follow a custom domain like jobs.example.ca that runs on BerryMap
  • A friend or recruiter sends you a direct job link

Once you create a free BerryMap profile, the same profile, resume, and match score travel with you. You can apply to any company that uses BerryMap in one click, on their site or microsite.

How employers fit in

Employers use BerryMap to:

  • Build a microsite for their brand or franchise network
  • Post jobs and distribute them to Indeed, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, and partner aggregators
  • Screen candidates with AI-powered match scores and screening questions
  • Move candidates through an AI Kanban hiring pipeline
  • Schedule interviews with Google or Outlook calendar sync

Next steps

  • Seekers: read "How BerryMap works for seekers" to understand discovery and applications.
  • Employers: read "Setting up your company" to launch your microsite.
