The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced Technology Product Lead to join its Compliance Technology Team. This role acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities include leading the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business processes to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Facilitate and document collaborative workshops with business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation.,Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.,Assist the Product Owner in leading Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement) and prioritize user stories.,Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.,Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives, organizational strategies, and industry best practices.,Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders.,Contribute to data model design and system architecture decisions.,Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into workable system designs and articulate specific software requirements.,Provide ongoing support to developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Proven experience as a Technology Product Lead, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role in a financial services or technology environment.,Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.,Experience with requirements documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.,Experience working with UX design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
