This summer internship at TD Securities is for Grade 11 and 12 students who have successfully completed the TD Talent Lab program with specific partners. Interns will gain valuable experience by supporting operational tasks, conducting basic analytics, assisting in developing tools and processes, and actively participating in team functions. The program focuses on enhancing understanding of TD's business, developing critical career skills, and expanding professional networks.
Support successful execution of relevant reporting, operational requests, and transactional requests for the business unit and/or client.,Conduct less complex analytics and research, and obtain/share internal and external relevant business/market data.,Assist with building and reviewing internal models, tools, processes, policies, presentations, and other related materials.,Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.,Consistently exercise discretion in managing information and all matters of confidentiality.,Access systems, understand and apply system capabilities, ensure information is completed timely and accurately.,Update and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operations.,Escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as deemed appropriate.,Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices.,Acquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to others.,Identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities as necessary.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment.,Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities.,Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects.,Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Entry Level position, no work experience required.,Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.,Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a proactive manner.
Only grade 11 and 12 students are eligible to apply.,Must have completed the TD Talent Lab program in partnership with Pathways Rexdale, YWCA, MINA, or the TDS & TDSB Mentorship Program during the 2025-2026 school year.,Applications must include a transcript, cover letter (one letter-sized page or less), and a resume (maximum of 2 pages).
