Lightspeed is a global SaaS platform for hospitality and retail, seeking experienced SaaS Account Managers to strategically develop existing customer portfolios, drive expansion, and deliver business outcomes within the DACH market. This role involves identifying revenue potential, creating data-driven account plans for retention, expansion, and product adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. The position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model and requires fluent German language skills.
Strategic portfolio development with focus on expansion, retention, renewals, and value creation.,Proactively identify cross- and upselling potential based on usage data, business goals, and market trends.,Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, ChurnZero) for data-driven decisions and recommendations.,Conduct business reviews, build executive alignment, and develop tailored success plans.,Act as the interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, Implementation, Support & Product).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative sales.,Proven success in increasing revenue within existing customer base (upselling, expansion, renewals, churn reduction).,Independent, proactive work style with a strong ownership mindset.,Ability to communicate and convey value to management and C-level stakeholders.,Analytical thinking and experience with CRM, BI, and Customer Engagement tools.
Work in Berlin with a hybrid approach,Ability to work up to 60 days remotely worldwide
