Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves providing excellent customer service by processing financial transactions and offering advice on banking products and solutions. The associate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and strive to achieve business objectives while contributing to a positive team environment.

Ce que nous recherchons

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend specific banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Candidat idéal

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
