The Concierge Division at Aritzia focuses on delivering an Everyday Luxury experience to clients through engaging service and expert selling and styling. This role involves joining a dynamic, high-performing team, playing a key part in client experience, and offers significant career growth opportunities within the fashion industry. The position includes a comprehensive onboarding program and world-class Concierge education.

Candidat idéal

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and French (written and verbal).,French as a first language is preferred.,Certifications in French language proficiency such as DALF C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Proficient) or CEFRL C1 or C2 are beneficial.,Previous experience in retail, contact centre, customer service, or hospitality is considered an asset.
