In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients within an RBC branch, dedicated to providing a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding individual client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and promoting digital banking tools. Your goal is to foster client loyalty and support the growth of the branch by identifying sales and referral opportunities while collaborating with specialized partners.
Actively engage with branch visitors and community members to uncover financial needs and provide advice.,Educate and assist clients in adopting digital banking technologies.,Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Identify opportunities for product sales or referrals to internal partners.,Resolve client issues and prevent future problems through proactive ownership.,Adhere to risk management and compliance protocols to protect client and bank interests.
Proven track record in a target-driven sales or customer service environment,High digital literacy across multiple devices (mobile, tablet, laptop),Strong ethical standards and a desire for professional growth,Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., IFIC or CSC) is often considered an asset
