The Branch Manager at Royal Bank of Canada is a local market leader responsible for motivating and coaching a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role involves capitalizing on emerging market opportunities, representing RBC within the community, fostering relationships and collaboration with partners, and championing digital enablement. The manager is also crucial for staff development, engagement, and ensuring operational compliance.

Deliver results and support new client acquisitions through various channels, including their team and local partners.,Lead change and strategically allocate resources to meet community needs, aiming to increase sales, revenue, and market share.,Ensure high employee engagement through effective recruiting, talent management, development, and career planning.,Inspire and implement superior retailing excellence to provide a memorable client experience.,Coach the team on client advice, education, problem resolution, and promote digital enablement and multichannel usage.,Take necessary actions to address identified gaps from operational, credit effectiveness, and compliance reviews and reports.
Candidat idéal
Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and a minimum of 2 years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within the last 3 years.,Completed an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam offered by the CSI, or the ability to write one within 4 months of the start date.,Experience in both business and personal banking (nice-to-have).
