In this role, you will serve as a key representative for RBC, providing personalized financial advice to help clients manage their daily banking, credit, and investment needs. You will focus on building long-term loyalty by identifying client goals, promoting digital banking solutions, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial support.
Proactively engage with clients both within the branch and the local community to identify financial needs.,Drive sales and referral opportunities through advice-based conversations.,Educate and assist clients with digital banking tools to enhance their banking experience.,Take full ownership of resolving client issues and preventing future service gaps.,Maintain a high level of mobility and willingness to work across various branch locations as required.,Collaborate effectively with internal partners to maximize business opportunities.
Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada/IFC or Canadian Securities Course/CSC) or a commitment to obtain it.
