Maintain existing client accounts, including models, trades, rebalancing, cash raises, and EFTs.,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.).,Conduct ad hoc analysis on products and/or accounts as directed by the Advisor Team.,Cross-train on numerous office administration functions from account opening to meeting preparation to effectively managing incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.,Provide proactive client service and problem resolution, at times liaising with various departments for smooth and timely solutions.,Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and other necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date and compliant.
