Account Architect

Act as a leader and mobilize the customer team to convert business needs into solutions and services offered by Bell (IP Networks, Telecommunication, Security, Datacenter, Cloud computing).,Accountable for the technological aspect of solutions, accompanying customers in complex solution development, and ensuring short- and long-term business relationships & customer satisfaction.,Evaluate business needs and identify stakes.,Ensure feasibility analysis, including strategic/technological plan.,Design and integrate potential solutions, including recommended solution specifications.,Initiate Bell product verifications.,Develop detailed equipment list (BoM) and write consultation reports.,Document technical solution proposals including scope of work, visio diagrams, and equipment lists.,Evaluate the current IT context to spot potential business opportunities for Bell and recommend solutions aligned with customers' medium-term strategies and IT program delivery priorities.,Lead and assist in establishing architecture guidelines to facilitate decision-making pertaining to information, technology, and related investments.,Keep abreast of leading-edge technology in the specific market/industry of your customers.,Provide implementation technical support if the submitted solution is impacted.,Provide submitted solution technical support for Bell internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.,3+ years' experience developing LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security/Cloud/Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, planning and implementing information, technology, and application architectures; experience in analysis or strategic planning.,Knowledge of Cloud hosting solutions with leading providers.,Relevant experience in consulting services.,Thorough knowledge of implementation and integration of business-oriented IT architecture and models, and analysis of complex technical environments.,Ability to work alongside a sales team to develop tailored customer solutions.,Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.,Comfortable negotiating to build partnerships with a network of stakeholders, internal and external, and ability to act as a change agent.,Ability to present to clients and defend opinions.,One or more of the following certifications: Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, DELLEMC and/or HP.

Bachelor's Degree

Must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week for hybrid work arrangements.
