Description

The Workday Solution Architect at KPMG in Canada will join a team focused on delivering insights and opportunities to clients within KPMG's Workday practice. Key responsibilities include leading business development, managing client engagements, fostering client relationships, and collaborating on service offering enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Lead business development activities (identification, proposal development, pursuit activities).,Plan and manage client engagements under partner leadership.,Build long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives.,Lead client engagements and teams to successful outcomes.,Work with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance, and integrate service offerings across the service line.,Minimum five years of experience with Workday implementation and upgrade.,Experience with Workday HCM advisory engagements (process design, package implementation lifecycle support, project reviews).,Experience leading and supporting business development activities.,Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders.,Superior communication skills (written and verbal).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.,Minimum of five years of experience with Workday implementation and upgrade.,Workday HCM certification is a definite asset (required within three months of employment if not already held).
