The role involves operating and maintaining whey department equipment, ensuring product quality, performing cleaning tasks, and managing inventories. What We're Looking For
Responsible for product quality and appearance.
Clean tanks, lines, trucks, whey pasteurizer, and separators.
Disassemble and manually clean whey separators.
Connect and disconnect pipelines and elbows.
Maintain pumps.
Operate FT1.
Operate pasteurizer and maintain associated charts.
Sample product and maintain bills of lading.
Operate refractometer.
Responsible for inventories of silos and chemicals.
Load and unload trucks of fluid ingredients.
Appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks.
Requires regular attendance.
