Wealth Operations Specialist I - Mt Laurel, NJ

Description

This is an introductory role within US Wealth Operations at TD Bank, where the specialist performs various specialized operational tasks supporting one or more US Wealth Management lines of business. The role involves basic administrative support, maintaining quality in reporting, and responding to internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, ensuring compliance with policies, resolving issues through communication with advisors and clients, preparing reports, and reviewing reconciliation breaks. The position requires competency in core Wealth Systems and other role-specific systems. It operates under general management supervision with moderate complexity.

What We're Looking For

Perform basic administrative support tasks while maintaining excellent quality in reporting and responding to clients, both internal and external.,Be competent in at least one core Wealth System (Tracker, Netx360, FIS Trust Desk) as well as other role-specific systems (Fidelity, Lotus Notes, Transtar) as needed.,Perform basic processing.,Ensure transactions are confirmed and entered in the system, according to established policies and procedures for each type of transaction.,Resolve problems with transactions by communicating directly with client-facing advisors, clients, and third-party advisors (with oversight).,Prepare detailed information and reports on transactions and accounts as needed.,Provide direction and answers to basic questions as needed.,Adhere to established quality standards for all work performed.,Support Trackers / Phones / email to advise and assist client-facing CSA's.,Review basic reconciliation breaks.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate Degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years related experience required.,A minimum of SIE & Series 99 registration is required; if hired without licenses, candidate will need to acquire within a defined period.
