Description
The Wealth Lending Advisor at TD Bank is a credit and sales role responsible for originating mortgage and consumer loans within a designated Wealth region. This involves creating scenarios, taking and processing applications, and ensuring a positive client experience. Advisors also have a shared lending goal, build external networks, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage various pipelines. They work with high-net-worth clients, understanding complex financial statements and legal structures to propose customized lending solutions, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience.,4+ Years' experience structuring, processing and closing mortgages, home equity products for High Net Worth Individuals.,Ability to work in a fast paced, highly regulated mortgage and consumer lending space.,Conversant in all aspects of Mortgage and Home Equity Lending.,Ability to understand and discuss with high end clientele, adjustable rate, fixed jumbo loans, construction loans, home equity lines of credit and home equity loans.,Background in Debt To Income, Debt Service Ratio, Non Standard Income and Asset Depletion underwriting methodologies.,Cross Border knowledge working with Canadian clients having second homes in the US (can be acquired on the job).
