Description

The Wealth Concierge supports a team of Investment Counsellors at RBC PH&N Investment Counsel, providing high-level service and coordination to high-net-worth clients. This role involves managing client inquiries, preparing financial presentation materials, supporting the wealth management process, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

What We're Looking For

Provide excellent client service, responding to inquiries and updating client files.,Prepare client presentation materials for wealth planning meetings, including Annual Review Meeting materials.,Review Financial Plan, Will and Estate Plan, and Insurance information.,Utilize SalesForce for updating wealth planning items and myDiscovery preparation.,Communicate with COIs, CAs, and LLBs.,Support the advisory team and clients throughout the wealth management process by gathering information, documents, and questionnaires, and tracking progress.,Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.,Proactively assist with client appointment and meeting management.,Provide administrative support to Investment Counsellors based on workflow and client confirmation transactions.

Ideal Candidate

University Degree,Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (e.g., Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Premier Banker, Private Banking Associate),Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent tasks efficiently,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point),CFP, PFP, or working towards either designation (Nice-to-have)
