Wealth Concierge

Description

The Wealth Concierge at RBC PH&N Investment Counsel will provide high-level support to Investment Counsellors and their high-net-worth clients. This role involves delivering exceptional client service, handling inquiries, preparing detailed client presentations and review materials, and managing client files. The Concierge will also assist with the wealth management process by gathering necessary information, documenting progress, and collaborating with internal partners. Key attributes include a passion for service excellence, problem resolution, and meticulous attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Provide excellent client service by responding to inquiries and updating client files.

Prepare client presentation materials for wealth planning meetings and all Annual Review Meeting materials.

Review Financial Plan, Will, Estate Plan, and Insurance information prior to client presentations.

Utilize SalesForce for updating Wealth Planning items and my Discovery preparation.

Communicate with COIs/CAs/LLBs.

Support the advisory team and client through the wealth management process, including gathering relevant information, documents, and questionnaires, and tracking progress.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners, COIs, and other resources.

Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls.

Assist Investment Counsellors with administrative workflow and client confirmation transactions when additional support is needed.

Ideal Candidate

University Degree

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (e.g., Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Premier Banker, Private Banking Associate)

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent tasks efficiently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-have: CFP, PFP, or working towards either designation
