This opportunity at RBC PH&N Investment Counsel involves supporting Investment Counsellors and high-net-worth clients by providing exceptional concierge-level service and coordination. The role focuses on problem resolution, attention to detail, and collaborating with various internal partners to ensure client satisfaction and efficient wealth management processes.

What We're Looking For

Provide excellence in client service, responding to inquiries and updating client files.,Prepare client presentation materials for wealth planning and Annual Review Meetings.,Review Financial Plan, Will, Estate Plan, and Insurance information.,Utilize SalesForce for updating wealth planning items and my Discovery preparation.,Communicate with COIs/CAs/LLBs and other partners.,Support the advisory team and clients through the wealth management process, gathering information, documents, and tracking progress.,Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners and resources.,Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls.,Assist Investment Counsellors with administrative workflow and client confirmation transactions when needed.

Ideal Candidate

University Degree,Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (e.g., Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Premier Banker, Private Banking Associate),Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent tasks efficiently,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),CFP, PFP, or working towards either designation (Nice-to-have)
