This role at National Bank involves supporting investment advisors to provide exceptional customer service to clients. The associate will handle various financial transactions, manage client files, produce reports, and ensure compliance, contributing to positive long-term client relationships.
Support investment advisors in delivering superior customer service and addressing client requests.
Perform routine financial operations, including securities purchases, sales, and transaction adjustments.
Execute deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for investment accounts, ensuring diligent follow-up.
Analyze, open, and maintain client files.
Generate portfolio management reports.
Manage client file administration, including scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
Two years of relevant experience in the banking (back office), insurance, and/or financial industry.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
