This role supports investment advisors at National Bank Financial – Wealth Management by providing exceptional customer service and administrative assistance. Responsibilities include handling financial transactions, managing client files, producing reports, and ensuring compliance, all aimed at fostering positive, long-term client relationships.
Support investment advisors in delivering superior customer service and responding to client requests.
Execute routine financial transactions such as securities purchases, sales, and adjustments.
Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for investment accounts with diligent follow-up.
Analyze, open, and maintain client files.
Generate portfolio management reports.
Handle administrative aspects of client files, including agenda management, appointment scheduling, and meeting preparation.
Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management regulations.
Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
Two years of relevant experience in the banking (back office), insurance, and/or financial industry.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
