This role supports wealth advisors by providing exceptional customer service and managing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure a positive, long-term impact on clients.
Support investment advisors and meet client requests.,Perform routine financial transactions, including securities purchases, sales, adjustments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions.,Manage client files by analyzing, opening, and updating them.,Generate portfolio management reports.,Handle administrative tasks such as managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing for client meetings.,Ensure compliance with risk management rules.
Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.,Two years of relevant experience in banking (back office), insurance, and/or financial industry.,Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.,Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.,Excellent customer service skills.,Trading experience is an asset.
