The Wealth Associate supports investment advisors by providing superior customer service, managing financial transactions, handling client files, generating portfolio reports, and ensuring administrative and compliance tasks are completed. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Support investment advisors in delivering superior customer service and addressing client requests.,Perform routine financial transactions, including purchases, sales of securities, and necessary adjustments.,Execute instructions for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions for investment accounts, ensuring diligent follow-up.,Analyze, open, and update client files.,Produce portfolio management reports.,Manage client file administration, including scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings.,Ensure strict adherence to compliance and risk management regulations.
Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.,Two years of relevant experience in the banking (back office), insurance, and/or financial industry.,Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.,Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.,Excellent customer service skills.
