The Wealth Associate at National Bank supports investment advisors by providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role involves assisting with financial transactions, managing client files, producing reports, and ensuring compliance, all while collaborating with the team to positively impact client relationships.
Support investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meeting client requests.,Execute routine financial transactions including purchases, sales of securities, and necessary adjustments.,Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts with diligent follow-up.,Analyze, open, and update client files.,Produce portfolio management reports.,Perform administrative management of client files, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing for client meetings.,Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.,Two years of relevant experience in the banking (“back office”), insurance, and/or financial industry.,Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
