Description

Nuvei is seeking a VP of Digital Assets to lead and build a new business team focused on expanding the company's position within the Digital Assets market in Europe and beyond. The role involves accountability for overall sales performance, achieving profitable sales volume, market share, and strategic financial objectives. Additionally, the VP will lead initiatives within key accounts and foster partnerships with the product organization to enhance value propositions.

What We're Looking For

Develop and execute strategies for successful partnerships across the payments industry to drive lead generation and product enhancements for revenue growth.,Build and foster teamwork across internal partnerships to deliver on customer experience and sales targets.,Cultivate and nurture key client relationships, strategic partnerships, and alliances.,Implement a metrics-oriented approach with a focus on pipeline management, lead conversions, and revenue growth to consistently meet targets.,Lead initiatives within key accounts and create valuable partnerships with the product organization.,Demonstrate strong sales management and team building, fostering a high-performance culture in a multicultural environment.

Ideal Candidate

Extensive experience working in the Digital Assets market, including helping payments companies obtain licenses, manage regulators, and build growth strategies.,15 years of sales leadership and team development experience.,Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and exceeding quota expectations.,Ability to use data and analytics for informed decision-making and revenue growth.,10 years experience within the payments industry.,10-15 years experience in Business Development / Sales within global enterprises with a thorough understanding of one or more targeted verticals.,Prior payments industry experience is highly desirable.
