Articulate RBC Clear's value proposition persuasively.
Grow client base and drive revenue by prospecting new cash management opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
Facilitate strategic dialogues, deliver industry benchmarking insights, and partner cross-functionally to design tailored end-to-end cash management solutions.
Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers, Account Management, and Product teams to gather client insights for solution development and enhancement.
Propose new solution ideas and represent the client perspective in product development.
Deliver thought leadership at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.
Devise and execute a plan to exceed sales goals.
Accountable for developing and managing a sales pipeline of new and cross-sell opportunities.
5+ years of cash management/treasury sales and relationship management experience, with a focus on the Technology industry.
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proven track record as a top individual contributor.
Success developing new business with a focus on prospecting, utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and across the RBC Capital Markets ecosystem.
Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
Aptitude for powerful presentations and negotiation skills with internal and external clients.
5+ years of cash management/treasury sales and relationship management experience, particularly in the Technology industry.
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
Success developing new business with focus on prospecting.
