This role involves acting as a primary liaison between corporate entities, institutional investors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing client engagement strategies, managing seamless logistical operations, and organizing various corporate access events such as roadshows, conferences, roundtables, site visits, and virtual meetings. Key duties include coordinating event logistics and itineraries, interacting with C-level clients, supporting APAC roadshows for North American companies, arranging APAC site visits for global clients, and handling all business communications. The role also requires ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, managing sensitive information, maintaining documentation, and coordinating multiple simultaneous engagements. Collaboration with Front Office colleagues to deliver excellent service, responding flexibly to urgent business needs, and developing a professional network are also essential. The individual must be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and communicating effectively across all stakeholder levels.
Experience in event management, client service, or investor relations within financial services.
Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills; capable of working under tight deadlines and prioritizing large volumes of information and communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; CRM proficiency is required.
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information; proactive, team-oriented, and flexible with work hours.
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and establish priorities.
Proficient in interpersonal communication (both oral and written) to effectively engage with all levels of staff and management.
Strict adherence to the firm's procedures, personally and at a desk level.
Understanding and compliance with TD Policies, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrates governance, control, and risk management behaviors in alignment with TD policies and practices.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the financial markets.
4+ years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, or similar roles within the financial services industry.
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market research.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability.
Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels and in a high-pressure environment.
