Vice-President, National Accounts

Description

This role as Vice-President, National Accounts at RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) involves managing and expanding strategic relationships with major Canadian investment dealers and National Accounts partners. The individual will represent RBC GAM and iShares products, playing a crucial role in business growth by executing the National Accounts strategy and effectively positioning products in the market.

What We're Looking For

Lead relationship growth with Dealer Head Offices and Platform partners, identifying new growth opportunities.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize market penetration and growth.

Partner with firms for marketing collaboration, including conferences, advisor training, and virtual engagements.

Collaborate with internal sales teams and partners to align head office support with client objectives.

Act as an internal advocate for National Accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and service delivery.

Monitor competitive trends and refine product positioning with actionable insights.

Engage fluently in English and French to build relationships and trust across diverse stakeholders.
