Vice President, Human Resources, Compensation Policy, Governance and Executive Compensation Design

Description

This senior leadership role at TD Bank involves leading the enterprise-wide executive compensation strategy, as well as developing and managing employee compensation policies and practices. The Vice President will be a key member of the Total Rewards Leadership Team, responsible for designing and delivering compensation programs that align with TD's business strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and pay equity. The role also includes overseeing significant incentive compensation forecasting and expensing, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements, and managing governance materials for the Human Resources Committee of the Board.

What We're Looking For

Design and deliver executive compensation programs aligned with TD's strategy and business performance.,Oversee employee compensation policies and programs to ensure market competitiveness and pay equity.,Manage accurate forecasting and expensing of over $4 billion in incentive compensation annually, interacting closely with HR and finance partners.,Ensure compensation program designs adhere to global regulatory requirements and expectations.,Support the Human Resources Committee of the Board by managing governance materials and processes.,Lead the execution of enterprise incentive plans and deferred compensation programs.,Monitor global regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.,Oversee development and delivery of compensation disclosure, including CD&A and regulatory filings.,Manage engagement with shareholders, proxy advisors, and investors regarding compensation.,Own enterprise compensation policies, including salary ranges and guidelines.,Lead TD's global pay equity mandate and ensure compliance.,Partner with Finance and HR on forecasting, accruals, and governance.,Oversee compensation-related audits and regulatory reviews globally.,Establish and uphold controls to identify & mitigate risks.,Develop and lead a high-performing team of compensation experts.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.,10-15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and Total Rewards.
