This strategic role involves shaping and evolving the Bank’s HEP approach to align employee experience, talent strategy, and performance with a unified go-to-market approach, fostering synergy and a collaborative operating model. The role focuses on aligning employee experience with business realities in the Wealth Management sector and contributing to the strategy and execution of HEP priorities within a pan-Canadian transformation focused on new ways of working and emerging technologies.
Foster long-term client engagement.,Develop and mobilize a committed and passionate team dedicated to clients and the employee experience.,Create conditions for successful, high-quality execution aligned with the 'One Bank, One Team' mission.,Contribute to generating profitable growth and a diversified portfolio supporting organizational performance and financial strength.,Support the organization’s pan-Canadian cultural evolution and the regional vision of the HEP service offering.,Develop dynamic management of delivery pools and work synergistically with partners to achieve business objectives and meet employee needs.,Deploy required human capabilities and effectively drive change for growth and performance ambitions.,Continuously share business knowledge and needs to ensure HEP strategies positively impact client and employee experience.,Support the development of leadership capabilities and the performance of executive teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Relations or a related field.,Minimum of 15 years of experience in change management and organizational and human transformation, using a strategic and results-oriented approach.,Demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership in complex, matrixed environments.,Excellent understanding of technology and ability to lead in a highly digital-driven environment.,Ability to act as a builder, set priorities, and facilitate transformation.,Experience in a large corporate environment.
