Description

Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, is hiring a Vice President of DACH and CEE Sales/Business Development. This leadership role involves building and managing a sales team of over 10 individuals to drive new business and expand Nuvei's presence in the DACH and CEE European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall sales performance, including achieving revenue targets and increasing market share in line with the company's strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

Develop and implement sales strategies for successful partnerships and revenue generation.,Cultivate and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to enhance market presence and drive business success.,Possess extensive experience in the DACH and CEE markets, including knowledge of payment licensing and regulatory management.,Demonstrate strong sales management and team-building skills, fostering a high-performance, multicultural environment.,Implement a metrics-driven approach to sales, focusing on pipeline management, lead conversion, and consistent revenue growth.,Prior experience within the payments industry is highly desirable.,Proven experience in the ERP industry or related areas (ERP payments, software plugins, applications within the ERP ecosystem).,15 years of sales leadership and team development experience.,Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and consistently exceeding quota expectations.,Ability to use data and analytics for informed decision-making and revenue growth (Quantitative Management of Quota).,10 years of experience within the payments industry.,10-15 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within global enterprises, with a thorough understanding of one or more targeted verticals.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree is preferred,Master's/MBA is desirable
