This includes acting as the main point of contact, conducting performance reviews, managing contracts, leading the onboarding of new vendors, coordinating with internal teams, and serving as the primary escalation point for issues. The goal is to foster strong partnerships and ensure strategic alignment and seamless product delivery.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related technical field.,Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in vendor management, procurement, sourcing, or a related role.,Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and management, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with third-party vendors.,Experience in vendor selection and performance review processes, including analyzing performance metrics and driving improvements.,Experience with change management and ensuring compliance with quality assurance (QA) and regulatory requirements, especially concerning supplier agreements.
