Description

This role involves acting as a user experience-oriented digital content specialist within National Bank's UX writing team. The primary goal is to simplify and optimize the client experience by creating, reviewing, and standardizing transactional content in English. The team is multidisciplinary, agile, proactive, and collaborative, valuing continuous development and offering a hybrid work environment with flexible schedules.

What We're Looking For

Simplify the client experience through English writing for financial literacy and transaction paths.,Review, harmonize, and standardize tone, messages, and all client-facing content.,Coordinate content production, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables for digital projects are met.,Support project teams in establishing processes, priorities, and deadlines for consistent, objective-aligned content.,Measure and analyze content performance, drawing findings and recommending optimizations based on UX best practices.,Ensure application of editorial standards, web accessibility standards, microcopy, and UX writing best practices.

Ideal Candidate

Relevant degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.,Five (5) to six (6) years of experience in digital writing.,UX-oriented writing and translation experience in multidisciplinary teams (UI/UX).,Proficiency in web accessibility and authoring best practices optimized for user experience.,Writing and translation skills for digital products (transaction sites, mobile apps).
