The Universal Banker I role at CIBC is part of the Personal and Business Banking team, focusing on client engagement within a banking center. Responsibilities include understanding client financial priorities, recommending suitable products and solutions, providing financial planning, and leveraging technology to enhance the client banking experience.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their personal and business priorities.,Advise clients on financial solutions and develop forward-looking financial plans.,Utilize knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Collaborate with team members to connect clients with relevant opportunities.,Educate clients on mobile banking applications to improve their banking management.
Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Minimum 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (considered an asset).
37.5 hours/week (may include evenings and weekends)
Must be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance; Must be flexible to work banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends.
