As a Universal Banker in the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions. The role involves leveraging CIBC’s digital banking options to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will work in a fast-paced banking center, contribute to relationship building, and embrace technology to enhance the client experience.
Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial planning.,Utilize knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Collaborate with team members to connect clients with appropriate opportunities.,Become proficient in technology and educate clients on mobile banking applications.,Flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset).
