Description

As a Universal Banker in the Personal and Business Banking team, you will proactively engage with clients to understand their financial priorities and recommend suitable CIBC products and solutions, including mobile and online banking options, to help them achieve financial success. The role involves working in a fast-paced Banking Centre, potentially across multiple locations, and requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. You will focus on client engagement, relationship building, and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans.,Utilize knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Work collaboratively with the team to connect clients with appropriate resources.,Become proficient in mobile banking applications and educate clients on their use.,Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset).
