Universal Banker - Mandarin/Cantonese
Description
As a Universal Banker within the Personal and Business Banking team, you will proactively engage with clients in a fast-paced Banking Centre environment. Your role involves understanding client priorities, advising on financial solutions, and providing forward-looking financial plans. You will leverage CIBC's mobile and online banking options to recommend suitable products and solutions to help clients achieve financial success, while also building strong relationships and growing your network. You will also act as a technology expert, introducing clients to mobile banking applications.
What We're Looking For
Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships and connect clients to relevant opportunities.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.,Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
Ideal Candidate
1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) is required.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
