Description
Nuvei is seeking a smart, team-oriented Underwriting Account Manager to assist with fast and smooth client onboarding. The role involves applying know-your-client (KYC) and due diligence procedures to potential and existing clients, ensuring compliance, analyzing business models, and coordinating with global underwriting teams to support the company's growing business.
What We're Looking For
Assist with client onboarding, apply due diligence and KYC procedures. Monitor business activities for compliance with regulations and policies. Analyze and assess online business models. Liaise with banking authorities. Communicate with internal teams and customers. Coordinate with the global Underwriting team. Conduct research. Perform ad-hoc tasks. Generate and update documentation. Advise management on card schemes related initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor or higher educational degree (mandatory). Good understanding of compliance rules and regulations. Desired but not mandatory: good understanding of Card Schemes and Payments Processing, knowledge of regulatory requirements (AML, KYC). Serious advantage: in-depth knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers and the Crypto industry. Desired but not mandatory: previous experience in payment industry.
