The student analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, analyze data to understand salary trends, participate in salary surveys, and produce reports for management, while supporting program administration and collaborating on various analytical projects. What We're Looking For

Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.,Gather, structure, and analyze data to support the team in understanding salary trends and identifying gaps.,Participate in the preparation and submission of salary surveys.,Produce reports, tables, and presentations for management.,Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.,Collaborate on various analytical projects and ad hoc global compensation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Currently enrolled in a university program in actuarial science, business administration, or any other relevant discipline.,First experience or academic exposure in data analysis, compensation, or statistics (an asset).
