Description
This role is for a Package Handler - Warehouse Clerk at Intelcom, a Canadian leader in last-mile logistics, focused on fast, accurate, and reliable delivery using advanced technology. The position involves active, team-oriented work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For
Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.,Manually unload freight onto manual and motorized conveyors.,Use electric or manual hoists to organize, receive shipments, and feed sorting lines.,Organize the sorting setup according to the sorting plan.,Sort, scan, and handle packages according to the sorting plan.,Use technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.,Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or long-distance team (Hub).,Place sorted merchandise in the designated loading zone according to the station layout.,Perform related tasks assigned by supervisors.,Build, pack, sort, and transport pallets and packages (Hub and MM sorting stations).,Validate scanned and sorted freight to ensure sorting efficiency (reduce sorting errors).,Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.,Lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kg.
