Treasury Support Analyst

What We're Looking For

Provide 1st and 2nd line 'trade floor' IT support for Capital Markets Product Lines including Commercial Paper, Bonds, Loans & Deposits, and Swaps.

Support systems such as Kondor+ USA (or similar), Orchestrade, Internal Bank Applications, and Control M (or similar tool).

Offer functional and technical support to global users, ensuring correct instrument pricing, managing platform administration with system providers, and handling STP issues.

Participate in a 24x7 on-call rota when required.

Conform to internal policies and procedures.

Manage customer relations with internal and external system users.

Assist team members (business or technical analysts) and liaise with users and developers.

Support project completion and timely delivery, perform testing (including writing test scripts for new releases), track time and resources on projects, and maintain documentation.

Ideal Candidate

2–3 years' experience working in the financial services industry

Experience supporting a live trading environment

Technical support experience for Fixed Income desks within an investment bank

Strong collaboration skills with both project teams and users

General understanding of financial markets and products, particularly Fixed Income & Rates

Strong client focus and communication skills

Respect for deadlines and SLAs

Knowledge of Capital Markets systems and products
