Saputo Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Nuneaton, Warwickshire site. This role involves ensuring all employees receive first-class induction, mandatory, and job-specific training. The coordinator will focus on driving operational excellence through training programs, assessing gaps, developing, and delivering training to facilitate cross-training of operators. Key tasks include liaising with operational teams to maintain training plans, SOPs, and materials, creating and delivering compliance and training KPIs, managing training budgets, and administering modern apprenticeships. The role also involves representing the company at recruitment fairs and developing future talent pipelines.

What We're Looking For

Complete delivery of induction training to site requirement standards.,Liaise with site operational teams to ensure departmental training plans and SOPs are in place, meet required standards, and are regularly reviewed.,Create and deliver agreed compliance and training KPIs and provide data for reporting.,Ensure clear training plans are phased in line with site requirements and aligned to site budget.,Organise, develop, and deliver professional and effective training programmes.,Ensure training systems integrate with Saputo Dairy UK operations and support improvements.,Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness (e.g., RoI).,Maintain and store employee training records, submit monthly training reports, and ensure records are audit-ready.,Ensure employee and manager engagement in training needs identified through individual growth plan processes.,Administer modern apprenticeships on site (sign-up, paperwork, levy payments, candidate support).

Ideal Candidate

Experienced training coordinator within a production/manufacturing environment (or comparable).,Ability to take ownership without supervision.,Demonstrated ability to show how delivered training has led to improvements.,Ability to gather, analyse, and present data and recommendations.,Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to deliver training in an engaging and professional manner.,Able to develop strong working relationships with external training partners.,Organised and able to plan and execute own workload.,Team player, able to support colleagues when required.
