The Trade Support Analyst at RBC Capital Markets joins the Market Business Service team to ensure accurate and timely booking and direct support for Fixed Income Derivatives, MM/FX, and Corporate Treasury Trading desks. This role facilitates profitable trading and efficient interaction, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV) cycles for system enhancements, IT infrastructure changes, reconciliation fixes, vendor/industry change requests, and new business initiatives.
Ensure timely and accurate input of all trades by Toronto Traders into Infinity and Murex systems, with correct back-office flags for downstream processing.,Verify and book all late deals from the previous day.,Confirm all new deals, amendments, cancellations, assignments, and buyouts are authorized by traders in adherence to Bank's Standing Order policies.,Ensure Front Office personnel accurately and timely input and amend trades in various Capital Markets systems (e.g., Murex, MarkitWire, Bloomberg (VCON), TradeWeb).,Proactively monitor processes and workflows between trading desks and Operations Group to ensure smooth information flow, and recommend efficiency improvements.,Monitor the Assignment Mail Box, ensure traders respond to requests within deadlines, and confirm all assignments are completed with notification to involved parties.,Accurately capture, re-allocate, and assign Hedge Fund Company deals according to client and trader instructions.,Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies on the Toronto / Toronto and London Internal MTM Reconciliation Report.,Conduct daily review of MarkitWire vs Murex reconciliation reports for various SWAP types, FRA, Cap/Floor, Swaption, ZCIS, and Clearing reconciliation reports (CME, LCH, JPM) to investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.,Participate in System enhancement/Change request/new business initiatives UAT, identify and troubleshoot issues/bugs, and assist with JIRA logging, business requirement documentation, testing, and PIVs.
