T&O Real Estate Project Manager

Description

This role involves the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of real estate projects within the Technology and Operations (T&O) department. Responsibilities include overseeing design, managing occupancy changes, and coordinating the relocation of employees, equipment, and assets to new or renovated spaces. The manager ensures successful project delivery with minimal disruption to business operations through effective coordination with internal stakeholders, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), external vendors, and contractors.

What We're Looking For

Oversee project processes and procedures, monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team.,Manage all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.,Monitor and summarize project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and completion of goals.,Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.

Ideal Candidate

5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects (Must-have),2-3 years of corporate real estate knowledge, including familiarity with design, renovation, and relocation projects (Must-have),Experience in managing external vendors and contractors to ensure timelines and requirements are met (Must-have),2-3 years of strong stakeholder/relationship management, with strong communication skills (via email, presentations) and effectiveness in working with stakeholders across various levels (Must-have),RBC Corporate Real Estate knowledge (Nice-to-have),Certification in Project management (Nice-to-have),Knowledge of facilities management and operations (Nice-to-have)
