Description

This temporary position allows the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage a sales territory, improve sales performance, and ensure high store execution standards. The TSM will collaborate with clients like Best Buy, Mobile Shop, Glentel, Apple, Staples, OSL, and Jump Plus to identify strengths and opportunities, provide comprehensive solutions, and ultimately increase store profitability for Bell, Virgin Mobile, and Lucky Mobile products and services. Key activities include maintaining execution standards, training store personnel, achieving sales targets, identifying sales opportunities, and working with store and regional management to improve wireless and residential service performance.

What We're Looking For

Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting customized solutions to clients.,Assume responsibility for product knowledge, service, campaign/promotional offerings, and competitive knowledge.,Actively participate in training and coaching initiatives.,Act with a sense of urgency to ensure all promotional activity and planograms are maintained and updated by the client.,Provide sales support by following up in a timely manner to maximize activation opportunities.,Solidify Bell relationships and exceed client expectations.,Ensure client conflict, objections, and concerns are resolved.,Act as a professional ambassador for Bell, Virgin Mobile, and Lucky Mobile.,Anticipate, analyze, and communicate sales trends to store management.,Conduct regular store visits as per territory coverage plan.,Ensure all assets, fixtures, and live devices are maintained and utilized as per standards.

Ideal Candidate

Territory sales experience in telecommunications.,Strong people leadership skills and retail experience in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Foundation of selling, coaching, training, and skills development.,Experience in solving issues and supporting customer needs.,Passion for technology such as computers, mobile, and digital devices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends.,Valid driver's license and car.
