Description

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will manage a sales territory, focusing on improving sales performance and execution standards. This involves collaborating with clients to identify opportunities, providing solutions to increase store profitability, maintaining high in-store execution, training staff on Bell, Virgin Mobile, and Lucky Mobile products, achieving sales targets for postpaid, prepaid, and residential services, identifying local sales opportunities, and working with store and regional managers to enhance wireless and residential services performance.

Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting customized solutions to clients.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, campaigns, promotions, and competitive landscape.,Actively participate in training and coaching initiatives.,Ensure all promotional activity and planograms are maintained and updated by the client with a sense of urgency.,Provide timely sales support and follow-up to maximize activation opportunities.,Solidify Bell's relationship with clients and exceed expectations.,Resolve client conflicts, objections, and concerns.,Professionally represent Bell, Virgin Mobile, and Lucky Mobile in accordance with value standards.,Anticipate, analyze, and communicate sales trends to store management.,Conduct regular store visits as per the territory coverage plan.,Ensure all assets, fixtures, and live devices are maintained and utilized according to standards.

Ideal Candidate

Territory sales experience in telecommunications.,Strong people leadership skills and retail experience in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,A foundation of selling, coaching, training, and skills development.,Experience in solving issues and supporting customer needs.,Passion for technology such as computers, mobile, and digital devices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends.,Valid driver's license and car.
