This role supports the CIBC Asset Management National Sales Team by performing sales support, relationship building, and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include organizing events, preparing presentations, maintaining product knowledge, managing client contacts, generating reports, and handling general administrative tasks to enhance advisor understanding and confidence in CIBC Asset Management products.
Organize sales support events and coordinate external resources for the Sales teams.,Prepare presentation materials for Sales teams and client events.,Maintain current knowledge of CIBC Asset Management products and assist Sales teams with inquiries.,Support relationship-building through contact management, meeting coordination, and screening inquiries.,Assist Sales teams in maintaining activity calendars and coordinating resources.,Generate reports and manage databases related to sales results and activity tracking.,Perform administrative activities such as expenses and travel for Sales teams.,Identify opportunities to streamline processes and maximize effectiveness.,Participate in projects and represent CIBC Asset Management.,Promote a positive work environment to encourage idea exchange among team members.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of mutual funds and managed products.,Successful completion of the CSC or IFIC (asset).,Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
