Consistently deliver legendary customer experiences.,Perform customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan/safe deposit box payments) efficiently.,Process cash transactions (cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, night deposits) with high accuracy.,Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.,Engage in lobby leadership (orchestrating customer flow, welcoming customers).,Educate customers on self-service/digital options.,Conduct needs-based conversations to offer financial and digital solutions or refer to partners.,Make sound decisions and provide timely problem resolution.,Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act).,Verify customers' identities.,Balance cash drawers, ATMs, TCDs/TCRs.,Adhere to safe deposit box procedures/operations.,Responsible and accountable for cash drawers and vaults, including maintaining appropriate cash limits and securing cash.,Ensure confidential customer information is securely stored.,Understand and follow dual control.,Follow security and audit measures to minimize loss.,Utilize bank tools to detect, address, and prevent fraud.,Complete all required in-classroom and online training by due dates.

High school diploma or GED.,6 months work related experience preferred (or equivalent through volunteering, education, military experience).,Ability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.,Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.,Strong organizational skills.,Detail-oriented.,Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment.,Excellent communication skills.
