The Teller I at TD Bank in Vero Beach, Florida, processes everyday banking transactions for customers with accuracy and efficiency. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, educating customers on TD's products and services, and referring them to specialized solutions when needed. Key responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, balancing cash drawers, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Execute TD's Brand promise by delivering a Legendary Customer experience.,Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan, and safe deposit box payments efficiently.,Process cash transactions (cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, night deposits) with high accuracy.,Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management as necessary.,Engage in lobby leadership, orchestrating customer flow and welcoming customers.,Educate customers on self-service/digital options.,Conduct needs-based conversations, offering financial & digital solutions, or referring to partners.,Make sound decisions and provide timely problem resolution.,Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act).,Verify customer identities following authentication policies.,Balance cash drawers, ATMs, TCDs/TCRs as necessary.,Adhere to safe deposit box procedures and guidelines.,Responsible for cash drawers and vaults, including maintaining appropriate cash limits and securing cash.,Accountable for securely storing confidential customer information.,Understand and follow dual control.,Follow all security and audit measures to minimize potential loss.,Utilize bank tools and processes to detect, address, and prevent fraud.,Complete all required in-classroom and online training by due dates.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma or GED.,6 months work related experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.,Ability to work during operating hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.,Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.,Strong organizational skills.,Detail-oriented.,Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment.,Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
